POF Chino Seversky AT-12 Flight

Sun Oct 03, 2010 6:27 pm

Got to attend the POF Chino Seversky AT-12 Flight this weekend. The last time it flew was for the POF airshow in 2006. It looked fantastic and John Maloney did a great job piloting the aircraft. This is the ONLY flyable Seversky aircraft in the world!

I find this thread the most enjoyable on WIX in awhile. :D Thanks for my first glimps at a AT-12 flying. It's not really a P-35 but it's a derivative!

Don't think anyone said it was a P-35 so tell me what you think is more valuable a P-35 or a AT-12

Just that at first glance it looks like a P-35 and I think most would think that. I read a bit about the AT-12 in Squadrons "In Action" book. Also been currently tracking down a P-35 wreck. Nothing turned up yet. To me both are equally important with the P-35 having some combat history.
