The name "Paul" comes to mind, but don't quote me on that
The Sunderland's interior is commercial Passenger layout, all padded and covered up, so NOT a military interior except for the flight deck.

Maybe someone is involved at IWM Duxford and can look in their Sunderland (which I'm pretty sure is still in military configuration)

Searching the net, I found few interior shots of the Sunderland, so contacting one of the few museums that have survivors in Mil Spec would be best
