USAFR & ANG Appreciation Thread.

Sat Sep 04, 2010 8:18 am

As former member of the USAF Reserves I know how family-like, close knit and hard working these groups are. They are some of the finest people to work with.

The NMUSAF Renovation thread got me thinking about the various aircraft in museums, gate guards or as monuments that are displayed in USAFR or ANG colors. So if anyone has any pictures of USAFR or ANG aircraft of display post them up.

Or if you have pictures of USAFR of ANG birds while serving, that's cool too.

Thanks

This WIXer/Reservist just walked in from a 3-stop, all-night, mission in Iraq. And what do I do when I get back to the hooch?

1- Check for email from wife.
2- Check in with WIX. (The gov't blocks the photos, but at least I can read all the posts.)
3- Prepare for razzing from WIXers on having steps 1 & 2 out of sequence.
