 Post subject: Firefighting at Boulder

There is a big fire in the mountains or grass areas west of Boulder. Lot's of dense white smoke, and a number of water bombers and some hellicopters flying over.
I've seen the big PVY or is it PBY, like a B-24 go over several times coming from Metro, BJC, which is just 10 miles away. Not a good event, no lives lost, but some houses gone. But otherwise, it is good to hear the big radials and props still at work.
And no, I don't have any photos.
