The Golden Age Air Museum in Bethel, Pa (Grimes Field) has a beautifully restored flying Jenny.

MoF in Seattle has had one on display for 25 years that's never been covered so you can admire the cabinet grade wood work and P. Allens collection @ KPAE has a March Field JN that gets flown about once a year and is always on display.

They made thousands, I'm sure more are out there.
As an example, at our local GA field, there are 2-3 Standard J-1 projects.
They range fom a semi complete airframe to just paperwork and a box full of metal fittings. Since for an airwothy restoration, you'll need new wood, it really doesn't matter how much of the original plane is left.
If you're talking static..that's another story and you'll want 1918 wood.
