I went by the Indiana Aviation Museum website and found that they are closing on October 29. Figured it was coming when all of the aircraft went up for sale but it's still sad to see.

Are you inferring that they are closing there doors for good?
They have a published schedule where they are open seasonally from May to Oct. I can see being closed in the winter.
Please clarify for us as this would sad to lose another museum.
Thanks,
Rich

When you go to the site it shows the picture of the hangar with the doors open, says "Our doors are open" and gives their hours. The hangar doors then close a couple seconds later, and it says "Indiana Aviation Museum will close it's doors permanently on October 29, 2010."

I guess there must be a problem with my browser.
I see the Our Doors Are Open on a blue square but there isn't a hangar nor the closing notice.
Sad to see this happen.

The animation does seem a little weird so it may have a problem with some browsers. In the middle of the doors closing the building does disappear and show a solid blue box for a couple seconds.

Definitely sad, it was a nice little museum. I tried to stop in there when I was in the area this spring but it was just before they opened for the season. Hopefully I'll be able to get up there one last time before they close.
