Without looking it up, the only STAGGERWING that fits the Blue and Yellow scheme here in the Northwest is Bruce McCaws airplane, and it's been put back into it's (verified acurate) WW2 scheme when it was attached to the U.S. Embassy in London. And it isn't seen much, sort of an 'investment' apparently since McCaw is the guy who sold his McCaw cellular business to AT&Terrible and bailed with a boxcar full of money several years ago.

If McCaws Staggerwing is correctly painted as an London Embassy ship...I believe Nichols' is too at Chino.
Any chance they're both in correct markings?

McCaws has been documented as THE correct airframe thru S/N, the only part not original to the airframe is one of the lower wing panels which was destroyed in a belly in landing in Britian during the war and replaced with another @ that time.
