Did I see a P-51 scootin' over Seabrook this afternoon? (Rick H, who knows all, sees all??) I couldn't get a good clear visual on it because my eyeballs were full of saltwater at the time, but dang if it didn't sound a whole lot like a pulse-quickening Merlin snarl.

I've never seen yet airplane flying in the sky today because the weather is not good. May be next time if the weather condition will be ok.

Saw a beautiful pair of Stearmen flying in formation before landing at Addison this morning. Heard them again a while ago. Kinda cool to see matching Kaydets. :)

Isn't the BF 109 on the left in both rows Black Six? I thought somebody ploughed that into a field near Duxford about a decade back?

No, I missed them unfortunately. Heard about it afterward and was mad I missed it. However, I'm glad the guy that hit the pole at the Stadium walked away with nothing more than a slightly bruised body and a very bruised ego.

I was wondering when someone was going to spot that big slow sucker on it's way from Texas to Virginia this week. It arrived at the Fighter Factory this afternoon here in Suffolk. Will get a close looking over before going on over to the Museum in Virgina Beach/Pungo

A glorious day in CAF history!! Wait and see whats next. Has the B-23 ever left Midland. Maybe that is one way to keep em, just leave them ourside and let em corrode till they are grounded, and will cost too much to move.
