I went to the Barnes airshow in Westfield, MA yesterday and took this photo. I haven't posted photo links in a while so this is an experiment as much as anything else. Took a couple of others as well. It is very gutted inside, no engine mount or engine that I could see.

It's the property of the Pioneer Valley Military and Transportation Museum. I forget the specifics of where the got it but I believe it was a donation.
The Quonset hut behind house other vehicles in the collection including the M-59 APC that I was helping them with on Friday during the practice show.
The land in that area of the airport is theirs. Hoping to build a museum with operable vehicles and aircraft. Harland Avezzie is one of the principals of the organization.

A Provost?

Can't be too many of them in North America.

Was Mike Dale's the one that could be seen at the Wings of Eagles shows at Elmira? 99-03? If so it looked mint then. Sad to see look like this if this one was his.

Yes Mike Dale came to the WOE airshows all the time. I don't think this is the same though. Perhaps he used this for parts for his flier.

He does and I am lucky enough to get to fly it from time to time. He is a heck of a nice guy and flew them in the RAF. I believe it to be one of only 4 flying in the world. (One flying example was lost in England recently) Mike's provost still looks as beautiful as ever. Come on out and see her fly at the Culpeper, VA Airshow in October!

There is also one based in Nashua, NH. It is owned by the owner of one of the FBO's. I am not sure if it has flown real recently, but it sits outside the hangar occasionally.
