Not that I have anything presently, but should we assume that "26" is the parts number prefix for the AT-10?

Th "26" isnt the part number prefix which I will get and post for you. Its the model number that Beech assigned to the AT-10. It was actually a Beech Model 26 and that is what is stamped on many of the parts tags. Interestingly enough though, I have seen the exact same part or piece with a tag marked "Beech Aircraft Corp. AT-10" on one and another with a tag marked "Beech Aircraft Corp. Model 26".....same part, different tags but both with the same part number

This info may be of some help in regards to the AT-9 disposal. I have a surplus sales catelog that was issued by the DRMS on 2 Apr 91 and in it was an item being sold as Aircraft Scrap. The exact wording was: Aircraft Scrap; consisting of curtis AT-9 body sections and one unidentified fuselage. Listed are: 1 ea. fuselage 7' dia. x 7' long, est wt 3000 pounds, 1 ea. fuselage 4' 8" dia. x 12' long, est. wt.1,500 pounds, 1 ea. fuselage 5' dia. x 13' long, est. wt. 1,500 pounds, 2 ea. wing section with nacelle, 11' 9" long by 20' 6" wide, est. wt. 13,000 pounds, 2 ea. wing section with nacelle 17' long x 15' wide, est. wt. 13,000 pounds, 1/2 ea. tail wing section with fuselage, 9' x 20' 8" wide, est. wt. 2000 pounds, 1 ea. fuselage 22' 6" x 6' tapered dia. est. wt. 1,400 lbs.. Total weight is 35,500. The high bidder was - Deep Run Salvage, Deep Run Road, Martins Ferry, Ohio paying a little over 10 cents a pound for the scrap. Obviously some of the sections in the bid are not from light transports. I was going to check this out at one time, but never made it down there.
