hi guys!

I am asking if anyone would be interested in sending me some pics and discription of a model build? All I ask is some history of the subject you represented in model form. I have no reviews yet for the website and would like to start getting some up before I start losing visitors. Its for www.us-aircraft.com. I'll get it up. Just email me.

Thanks!

I was able to pick up an MPM 1/72 scale P-35 kit at Thunder over Michigan. I'll be starting on that kit in a week or two, I could do a build thread on that if you want. I'm not what you would call professional or anything...

I can do some reviews with pics. I know your main interest is pre/early WWII..is that what you're looking for, or basically anything WWII? Also, are you strictly looking for American subjects, or all nationalities? I build almost exlusively 1/72..here are a few. First, a Hasegawa F4F-4 converted to a -3 in O'Hare's markings, and a PH Zero 21.

An old Airfix P-38 converted to a P-322 Lighitning I prototype..

Image

P-40F, made by grafting the long tail from a Hasegawa N onto an E airframe, and modifying the engine cowl a bit..

And the only biplane I'm likely to build, a P-12E converted from a Monogram F4B-4..

Cheers!

Thanks Greg and Steve! :D

Yeah I am looking for any aviation subjects. U.S., Japan, RAF, etc. A discription of the build is great but also prefer some history of the subject as well.

Nice models! Just send me an emial with your pics and text about the build and history and I'll get it up. Doesn't have to be long its up to you. As for kit prices and other details I can find that info out for the articles.

Thanks Guy!

No problem..give me a few days to get some stuff together.

Love the O-47 Greg! I assume that's the AML kit? I've got one myself, but haven't had the guts to attempt it yet.

Yep, I believe that was the AML kit, I finished it about a year ago. It was one of those projects that I start and then stuff back in the box for a while to work on something easy, but I finally got into it and finished it. It really wasn't that bad but it took a fair amount of filling and blending, especially in the tail area. If I had the guts to attempt it you'll be just fine!

Greg

Will do thanks! BTW: these Review boards are just for viewing no discussion. Just my way of keeping it easy to read and organized. Someday I'll be updating the site but waiting on the owner for that. Till then Im using the forum. :)
