Yeah, I sure am going to miss Fuddy Duddy! :( Haven't seen her since she left the NE in 05. :( Also missing out the first time to see Chucky. :(

But there is enough B-17's to make me happy. The most I've seen together was 4! :) I can't imagine 8 of them!

With Vlado loaning Moonbeam McSwine to the Horsemen, there will now be 8 P-51's on the airfield this weekend. Hopefully the broken "February" will be put out on the line.

Cheers,

Tom Walsh.

Hard to believe it was 5 years ago already.
Looking forward to seeing and hearing 8 B-17s with 32 engines running. 8)

That's a great photo, Bill. It makes me kinda sad, though, knowing that our big ol' yellow tail will still be sitting in the hangar this weekend......

Enjoy, everyone! And post photos......please?

The last time I was in Mt. Comfort (ironic name!) was in 2002. It was about 103 degrees with 98% humidity for all three days, but there were 7 Corsairs there!

Saw "Witchcraft" fly over I-94 and circle Willow Run around 3:00PM. About 30-minutes later "Yankee Lady" flew over our hotel.
