Another item found in a box. Looks new. Repro? Pic of the item# listed on the box. Looking for info & value.

Looks like an a-14 mask...worth whatever someone is willing to pay... seen them go for $25 also seen them go for $100+

The box is stamped "A-14". So I did a search on eBay. Looks like this is what I've got. I pulled it out of the same foil-lined paper the seller describes:
