stuka ju 87 B1 technical site

Sat Jun 12, 2010 2:12 pm

Hello,
i have made a year ago a website about a restoration project of a stuka B1
until today we have had over 6000 visitors witch i would like to thank all.
We have been struggeling in the past with all sorts of problems most of them have been solved but there is still one left and its a big one.
because the technical info like blueprints , construction plans are i think non existing we are obliged to do a lot of reversed engineering.
We have contacted several musea but whats avaible on the market of documents and factory pictures ,we have.
We are looking for someone who would like to join the project with experience in 3D design.
in the past we have been contacted by a person who was planing to make a replica of the stuka that we want to rebuild ,
we have been sending loads of pictures details etc etc promises were made but we are still waiting on the first move.
we are looking for someone who will be motivated and no talkers coz we lost a lot of time and effort for those kind of talkers.
We have moved to another restoration area that is almost ready to start again , lots of work has been done for the past 8 months, parts have been bought in the meantime .also some more wartime pic of the crew were found .
We have done another update

I hope that you will like it,
kind regards to the warbird lovers

Save some time and frustration and drop any dimensions after he second one after the decimal, NO ONE carries things to 9 decimal points unless you are making stuff on a CNC 5 axis. And the JU-87 looks like it was pretty much a block of wood and big hammer assembly style.
Are you using CATEA? and what version?

Mr. Splatring,

You ask for help and I sent an PM. To date I've not heard anything from you. If you want help, the least you could do is send a polite response to someone telling them to go to hell!

Bill
