My knee is giving me fits so whether or not I came make it up is questionable.
My desire to get up there isn't much in doubt though. Started rehab Tuesday
so we'll see how that goes....................... :?

I’ve been to every one of these (the first year as a paying spectator as I’d just come off a CONUS deployment). I’m very much looking forward to see an F-4 in the air again! The long term forecast for this show is still looking very good (fingers crossed, knock on wood). Normally it’s a decent weekend for weather, but we’re having an El Nino year, and the weather has been pretty odd since last fall.
I know some (or many) of you despise re-enactors at air show, but I’ll be there with the Friends of Willie and Joe, a WW2 re-enactor group. We’re usually crammed inside the ever-shrinking triangle between the main/state hangars, the beer garden and the stage area. If any of you are around our area, look me up! I’ll be in one of the wall tents along the outside of the main hangar or around my 1944 Willys Jeep in the vehicle lineup there:

Bring your credit card as rides in 'GRUMPY' will be available, if you've never experienced two R-2600's in close proximity before, it's a true memory maker!!!

I don't see a problem! Have Jeff bring you up in the T-6 and we'll find one of those rascal scooters for you!

Or take a ride in the Olympic Flight Museum's Tora Zero, P-51, T-6, Huey, Husky or Cobra.
