It's actually been picking up speed with Rick Garvis at the helm. Rick has been hired as asst. crew chief and will be full time with us now. After he finishes with the 24, he'll be coming to Midland to help me get "FIFI" on line.

The plan then is to fly to Dyess AFB on Friday for there show on Saturday. The Heritage Flight should be the highlight of the show and I hope there is someone there that will take photos and post them here!! Sunday she flys to Altus AFB for the show up there and then back to ADS.

Sorry it took me a while..... I really should set some macros into my Paint Shop to speed up my fumbling with the photos.

EDIT: Not sure what happened there? I linked the photos from another forum and for a while they appeared just fine. Now that I checked them again from home computer..... "Direct link not allowed" error? Anyway, linked them from Photobucket again and all should be hunky dory again.

Ol' 927 should be getting ready to depart Addison for the Denver area as I type this. Ol' 927 with Aaron Tippen onboard will perform a flyover of the Air Force Academy on the way to the Colorado Sport International Airshow. We have at least one flight of rides fully booked, and working on a second. If you are in the area pay her a visit and contribute to her upkeep. We would like to continue the conversion of her back to true B-24A configuration; but it is an expensive proposition.
