The article says, to Pima in the near term for display with Hagen deciding what it'll take to get it
to flying condition. Which, if he choses the flying route S/G will move on to other facilities...If I read it correctly.

Pima's outstanding collection is going to get even better with the addition of Swamp Ghost even if its just for the short term. Perhaps jamesintucson can give us some additional insight.

Its great that the real truth is now starting to come out. I can assure all WIXers that this is only the beginning of a barrage of information that will demosnstrate how Justin Taylan deliberately misled the world on the Swamp Ghost issue.

I didn't realise that the plane was so far in a remote location. And now, (if it was necessary) I have more difficulties to understand the point of view of peoples who wanted to keep her in the Swamp...

Papua NG swamp tourism is bound to suffer. No more hoardes of tourists treking thru the muck to see the Cash Cow, er Swamp Ghost. Other than that a win win situation. Certain parties can continue to sell their DVD and keep up the cash flow (so it is still in the swamp for viewing....sorta) while the ac gets protected, conserved or restored. Somebody even got a barbecue out of the deal.

New Guinea is a great place to do an eco-tour. ALthough headhunting and cannibalism was officially banned after WW II I,m told there are areas to avoind because if you go down, they will eat you. I also knew a vet that came home from there in WW II with a case of tuberculosis that took years of isolation at a V.A hospital to cure. He got sick in 1943 and was quarantined until 1947.
What a great way to catch up on those books and model airplane kits on the shelf at home!

Interesting article. Be aware though, My A/V picked up two trojan horses and some ad-ware.

sure if it was one of those typical reality show gotcha's that they foist on us just before the commercial break.
