When you open the link to the video you'll see the still picture. The guy leaning over the table in the tan hat is my dad. He retired last spring and when the D.D. Squadron put out the call for help I mentioned it to him and one thing led to another and now he's been helping them out where he can. He's been having a great time and has even expressed interest in volunteering to help out on Aluminum Overcast or whatever else EAA maintenance may need.

My dad sent me a text this morning and said Devil Dog flew for the first time since AirVenture. He said if the testing went well they may head back to Texas today but I never heard back from him so i'm thinking they are spending the night. I guess it was snowing a little in Oshkosh, too.

The "DOG" is on her way home. She can be tracked via flight aware 9643C is her N number

The Devil Dog is home, and resting comfortably, in her hangar at the Georgetown Municipal Airport (Texas)!

The Yellow Rose Squadron has invited her flight and ground crews to come to our annual (CAF required) ground school on Sunday, 21 FEB 10. Beth replied that there will be about 15 of them joining us!

So cool having 2 B-25's back in Central Texas again! One north of Austin, the other to the South. Austin, Texas, is well protected!
