Joking aside, it would be an interesting thing to do - any panel shop should, I would've thought be able to fabricate something economically that looked 'near enough'. Trouble is bothering to get 'near enough' in design and scheme to be credible for the knowledgeable, rather than the 'hand crafted from mahogany by colour-blind Bulgarian pixies' cr@p in the catalogues.
