The San Diego tank chase....... That may be a bit more than the homebuilt Panzer can do....... But now I know what motorhomes are made of....

I drive right by that Armory almost every Tuesday to go to Mesa College and always remember that day, and considering they have a tank outside on display, it is hard to forget.

We are just lucky he did not head for the College!

But, this is not the only place where this can happen.

What!? The Homeowners Docs specifically stated "NO ARMORED VEHICLES ALLOWED"? I can understand if he put his company name on the side, then you'd have a problem!!! Or is it his official "work" vehicle?

I've learned this from growing up in the country..... Country people are more tolerant of large strange toys....... The farm I grew up on had an airstrip on it. No problems with neighbors. Still fly the helicopter there, even with more idots (excuse me; "new neighbors") there, no complaints..... Fly the chopper into my own personal backyard, neighbors don't say anything. I used to shoot big guns in the backyard (like subguns, and up to 50BMG), no complaints (OK maybe they were scared???).....

I buy another house in Kingsport TN in a small subdivision. I drive the Corvette in (quiet stock 2004 Vette), I was going 25 in a 20 and got a lecture from the guy next door that about got him punched out. Wait for the next time his little rat dog starts to make a deposit in my yard, I'm taking a club out there and doing a TIGER WOODS and driving that mutt over his house.

Some people simply do not know how to RESPECT and TOLERATE the rights of others. Obviously since that plywood tank was "different" the neighbors thought it was their civic duty to report them to the law.... In southern WV things like that can quickly escalate into a necessary killing. Not a good thing to do....

I've had 4 or 5 psychology courses in my extensive eductation and I still don't understand people.....
