Scfan, a bit of a follow up as I understand it, one of the Potez standoff replicas went to the Guillaumet family and the one you photographed is property of the 1940 Air Terminal Museum there at Hobby.

Looks like you got it. It's just down the road from the 1940 Air Terminal Museum.
