I sure think a "Missing Man" flyover would be in order.
I know Gary mentioned that he hoped he had given enough to the warbird and aviation communities to have someone give him that honor.

I could think of nothing better than an AT-6, a Sea Fury, some other round motor aircraft with Ole' 927 leading and pulling up and to the west.

I miss him already. He got me "re-hooked" on warbirds with his B-24 thread.

I look foward to seeing him again someday.

A wonderful idea! Would make a fitting tribute to a great man who gave so much for the warbird community.

I think he more than earned it.

Maybe scratch the "other round motor aircraft" and replace it with a Reno F1 racer.
