B-36 Peacemaker - Six turning, four burning = Awe inspiring!!!

3 beaufighter - the beast
4 ca 15 - what could have been :x
5 f1m2 pete - a nice little floatplane
6 a 20 - i just like them

1- B-25J - workhorse from Corsica to Corregidor
2- A-1H - USAF Sandy mission was pure heroism
3- P-61 - modern answer to difficult mission - no NVG's back then!
4- B-29 - amazing technology and might - a leap from 1939
5- P-51D/K - one look at HJGB is all it takes
6- B-24 - so sad there's so few left - another workhorse
7- OV-10 - very cool airplane, often overlooked
8- P-47 - another somewhat unsung workhorse brute of an airplane
9- A-10 - can you see a theme here?
10- C-130 - been flying the H since '93. What mission hasn't she done?

You said favorite, not necessarily the best in a particular category. My reasons for numbers 3-10 are that I've been fortunate to ride in them, with the Skyraider the most recent and most enjoyable.
