I can tell you what I know about becoming a pilot for the Aluminum Overcast. They want you to have 1500 PIC, and as much heavy taildragger (eg. DC-3, Beech 18) time as you can. If I remember correctly, they want at least 500 PIC heavy tailwheel, but my memory could be a bit off...
