Funny, nobody "mentioned" it to me about many moons ago the first time I flew one in the evening. Once I stopped being scared I thought it was pretty cool!

B-17 Flying Fortress. Just cool and beautiful. I made a bunch of friends working on them. It was the back bone of allied day light bombing.

Stearman....reasons already mentioned + it's flying while the N3N owners are looking for parts (sorry, don't really have a horse in the race but couldn't resist anyhow!!
