Anybody hear about a production company preparing to film a 10-episode series about WWII pilots?

The only thing I've heard about is this, which I brought up earlier:

It is 10 parts and does incorporate Veteran interviews in it, but it's not specifically limited to pilots, though.

I heard about the pilot-centered series today. Don't know if its true but it would be interesting.

There was a recent book by Robert Dorr about a P-47 group in France. Supposedly there are at least discussions about making a Band of Brothers type series out of the book. Maybe that has advanced further?
