Can anyone confirm the location of this B-23 Dragon.....?

I was just checking through the registry, and came across this example noted as being located in Anchorage, Alaska. It's supposedly been there since 2003, but I never saw it there on several visits to Anchorage. I had ramp access for the whole place too... Any ideas? There must be an error in the details, and I was wondering whether it is still at Moses Lake.

From what I was told by a fellow C-17 crew that does training there, It was still in the Colombia Pacific Aviation hanger at Moses Lake earlier this year.

Many thanks Brad... that makes more sense to me. I couldn't imagine the aircraft having gone to Alaska without flying there, which would probably have been big news! Any knowledge on the aircraft's condition (corrosion-wise)?

A Canadian friend of mine looked at buying this Dragon back when SLAFCO had their original auction. Seems like they wanted $250,000 for the airplane. My friend that looked it over before bidding said that he figured it would take just about that same amount to get it back in the air. I don't remember him specifically mention corrosion but did alluded to the fact that it had been sitting outside for many years. He also wasn't impressed with the "1960's whorehouse interior" as I recall. He placed a bid on it anyhow but as most people know the auction canceled and not much moved until later. Being burned the first time, my friend didn't go to the trouble of bidding a second time.

Many thanks for the responses... Moses Lake looks like a fascinating place! Sure hope someone takes the Dragon on... it really is an interesting aircraft, and quite attractive in some incarnations (though I agree, the interior could do with a "little" improvement!).
