Well, if we are allowing "on the ramp sightings..." she was flying, just didn't get to see the Liberty Belle in the air. Tampa Executive Airport (formerly Vandenburg, now taken over by the gubbament) :( But we got to see her! :)

Tuesday was media day for WOH at EFD and LSFM brought the B-17, B-25, and T-6. There was also the Helldiver, West Houston's T-6, Collings Huey and a TORA bird.

Not strictly an airplane, but an airship!

The MetLife blimp was at Stinson yesterday evening and must have done 15-20 touch-and-goes! I didn't know they could do that with a blimp!

Video is being uploaded on YouTube and I'll post the link here later!

I saw 2 Zero's and a Kate West bound around 3:15/1515 as they flew right over my house. I didn't have time to scamble the C-140.....

They flew directly over my place, inbound for MAF, with a T-34 in very loose trail.

Two Ospreys (out of 29 Palms?) heading south over the western end of Yucca Valley an hour ago - first ones I've seen!

(Shouldn't this thread be a sticky by now?)
