Great question, that way I could open it up to specific users to upload pictures, etc, etc.

You might also make it where sources have to be cited.
For instance, there may be a few of us L-bird guys who'd occasionally have time to help update the wiki, and there are surely some bomber, fighter, and trainer folks who you could trust not to say that the T-6 was the top US fighter in Korea... or some other kind of rubbish like that - LOL! I personally don't trust Wikipedia that much... The information is only as good as the source and references, but if you know the sources are trustworthy, then it's a good tool.
