That'll buff right out. Man, there's not one single straight panel on that thing!

Interesting, though... I'll give'em 10 bucks for it, and won't even ask where they got it. :) Is the second 109 WNr 410077? And what's up with the Merlin with the fishtail stacks in the background of the first pic?

Thanks for these!

Lynn

Not new built Michel, according to their websites they'll be 190 restorations. They've shown photos of parts but no
photos or ID's of the airframes intended for restoration. I looked through Mikael's PAA website and saw no ID of the a/c.
Anyone got any ideas which airframes they're starting with and their condition?

In other 190 news(not recent) White 1 Foundation has got the cylinders, blower and accessory case assemblies installed on the
BMW 801...hopefully we'll get to see it run before the years out? :D They've also purchased a D9, wk.nr. 210069, from
someone in Austria and they'll be starting a new website dedicated to the resurrection of that bird and Jumo 213! :D No pics or data
at PAA, but Mikael did have a photo of Black 3, wk.nr. 0132219, being delivered to the Norwegian AF museum.

Interesting I got to go to White 1 foundation on a trip to the US April last year and they had 2 Jumos in storage that were supposedly part of the group that were salvaged from Germany within the last 10 years.

Dr Timken said then that all they needed was an airframe identity to recreate a Dora (oh and $$$$$$$$$$), guess they are going to give it a go....
