There's plenty more in the store-shed.

How about the front corner of the Pilot's sliding window from Zenobia:

I've just grabbed a few things from the boxes that have parts numbers on them, but no photos until tomorrow I'm afraid.

Item 1:
Aluminium strip, 2" x 57", rivet holes along one edge only. Olive drab on one face, zinc chromate on the other.
Part Number 15-7500-11.
Signature in wax pencil on interior face.

Item 2:
Alloy casting, broken. Dark interior green.
Part Number 6-8374.

Item 3:
Alloy casting, broken, one bare metal face machined smooth, otherwise dark interior green.
Partial markings visible, ET.

I'll get some photos up as soon as I can.

Yesterday was the 65th anniversary of the crash that the first item came from, and I laid fresh flowers at the memorial to the crew:

When I first viewed those photos I was impressed with how peaceful the setting is. A fitting memorial for the young men lost on that ground all those years ago.
