I was browsing the Fighter Factory website today and noticed some webcams that are set inside the the Hangars. It looks to me that Mr. Yagen has added the P-26 replica, Hawker Fury Biplane replica and Val replica to his collection.

Great post! The webcam idea is really cool, I remember seeing one for a B-17 Restoration project a few months back.

Looks like it must be the Mayocraft P-26 replica from MA - it's not on Courtesys inventory anymore...

Two more display hangars to come, and then a maintenance hangar.

I checked with the Val's owner and he has not sold the Val. One of the folks from the museum had done some shows with the airplane for the owner and the bird just had not made it home yet.

Ah! Thats what I get when I rush into things. Besides, Jerry I'm sure would get a real Val before obtaining one of the replicas.

Built in England in the '80s by Viv Bellamy, went to Belgium, I think it last flew in about 2003. JDK will know more.

This Fury replica was sold by a private owner here in Belgium. It was stored there since 2003. In may, it underwent maintenance work and the engine was testrun in early june. It was dismanteled for shipment to the US during the last week of June. It feels great to see she found a good new home!

Stieglitz

The P-26 was bought from Nate Mayo in MA. The Hawker arrived the next week. Both were reassembled but the final rigging has yet to be done at this point. Jerry wanted them at the museum for display so for the time they remain static. The Val is one of the conversions used in the original Tora Tora Tora movie, not sure he has made a final decision on buying it yet, although it has been added to the board in the MX hangar.

If you check out the webcam right now, you can see a "little" event set up in-front of one of the hangars.
