The ship appears to be either the HMS Barham or HMS Malaya. Both were unmodernized Queen Elizabeth class battleships.
Might be the Barham as she was involved pretty heavily in the Med before her untimely demise.
Otherwise, great shot of the torpedo dropping from the Sparviero on the right!

Good info, nice to learn something new. Scary picture as the torpedo drop looks like it's right on track, unfortunately.
