Neat stuff... Pilatus was founded quite a bit before 1952 though, as I know they built the P-2 during WWII.

The P-2 was post-war, not entering Swiss AF service until 1946.

According to the company website, first flight was in April, 1945.

Hi Andy,

Yes the A-842 is still at the North Carolina Aviation Museum. Here's a shot of A-835. All the outside pics were taken during their "Fly-In" this past July.
