Have a question about the Locator Page, specifically this reference:

"USA DC Washington B-25J 44-28765, N9443Z Reported nose section only, NASM, but not listed on inventory ?? doubtful"

Is this the B-25 nose section that's hanging from the rafters in the Hitt Construction Co's facility across from Dunn Loring Metro in VA? Single-floor building that sits next to Rt.66 and has a BIG US flag painted on the side is and located next to the "SiloSmashers" building?

Don't know but could be. I'd like more information and if anyone has a photo that would help.

Okay, I'll see if I can get over that way in the next week or two with a camera. Not sure if they'll even let me in, I only found it by accident: was looking for another building and poked my nose in a back door to find someone who could give me directions. This was about two years ago.

I couldn't help thinking at the time that the nose-section was the same one that had been on display in the DC/Verizon Center (then-MCI Center) Discovery Channel store (when it was still there).

Another excellent round of updates.

Desert Rat looks fantastic with the nose attached. 8)

I noticed that any information on Chuckie was missing from the Aero Vintage B-17 page, so here's our thread on the WIX Maintenance Hangar forum for the latest.

Scott,
Let me know if you need anymore info on Chuckie, I'll be happy to fill you in.
