While visiting with Dan at Oshkosh, he told me how much he enjoyed learning about the "behind the scenes" of my job. He asked if there were more pictures from the last shoot. Just for you Dan, everyone else just keep moving.

Question about the first two photos:

Which of the central subjects in those photos do you suppose would cost more to keep happy on a regular basis?

Well, my decision would be BOTH of them... if you can afford to maintain and fly a kick butt Corsair the gal would be totally affordable.

I notice that the photos were cropped to avoid the engine... Is it back/repaired yet? It is such a beautiful plane, it needs to be back in the air!

On the way to Oshkosh we were eating cheese balls and I threw some at the guys and they were sucked out the back after swirling around in the door. It became a way to give Wisconsin it's cheese back.

The go button came from a kid who was asking his dad about every switch, gauge and knob in the Cockpit. After a while he became frustrated and said " Why don't they just put a big green Go button in there".

Yes, chicks dig warbirds (when you pay them).

BDK - don't I know that!! After going to a number of auto racing events the air show committee thought maybe we ought to consider inviting the regional bikini team out to the air show - they could sell the team poster/calender and sign autographs - win win for everyone right? - yup - after you pay $300 per girl plus free booth space. Oh well, the warbirds will be the only static attraction this year!
