Cool photos Taigh, I can't wait to see that nose section completed. I just ran into a guy here at Creve Coeur Airport who has a bunch of B-29 nose glass. It's old stuff, as removed from a B-29 and probably not in great shape but it's better than no glass at all, right? This guy just so happens to be a turret nut so maybe you can work out some kind of a trade?

I've still got these three Sperry upper turret domes in storage that belong to your twin brother. Next time you see him, please tell him to stop by and pick them up. :D

Very cool. Makes me wonder what happened to that nose section that was with Doc at KAM sitting in the grass for awhile with the old scrap engines? That'd be a fun project too, but then again, I'm working on a cockpit only project myself. I don't think everyone finds cockpit section only projects viable. I sure do though. :)

I'd love to see more people take an active interest in projects like this. Otherwise scrapped cockpit sections make great projects imho.
