NICE shots, sir!

For those interested, my birthday is coming up next month. I'm liking that bubble-top SeaFire and the FW.190! I have plenty of friends capable of flying them. :)

Of course...the first year since '02 that we don't go and they get the FW190 in the air. I'm glad they got to fly it, nonetheless.

Mudge the disappointed :(

Mudge: just in case, That's not the Duxford based 190 (who waits to fly since 2007 ?), but the French one, on its first airshow season.

Iclo...no apologies necessary. Your "bad" English is far better than my best _ _ _ _ _ _ (fill in appropriate language here).

I still want to see one fly. I don't care who owns it. Maybe next year on the way to Bastogne. (Guilty of name dropping. )

Mudge the traveller

Ok, I missunderstand that to think that the flying 190 was the Duxford resident FW190.

For next year trip to Bastogne, contact me if you need info or help, I'm really close of this area..

Regards

I Know, its not picture but movie and that's not in Duxford but...

A video of a short test flight of the FW-190 in La Ferté Alais just before the ferry flight to Duxford.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9XcHpamXJAU

The author of this movie is one the pilots of the french Spitfire XIX, look his others movies, that worth the time....
