It sures looks a lot shorter to me. I'm not sure that you should be allowed to count all of the new space between the original nose and the original tail, wherever it is "now".

well, when over half your day is sweating to get to the target.., then get half your tail blown off over the target, then sweat all the way back just to touch down on Iwo Jima.., to climb out and smile because you are alive.., is that a bad day or a good day?
It was bad up until it turned out good.., but just as easily could have turned out worse!
