This is an article about our TBM that has just begun restoration. The airlane was formerly assigned to the Stars & Stripes Wing of the CAF and is now assigned to our unit, the National Capitol Squadron. I'll do my best to keep updates coming.

I love TBMs! They look like a great family truckster. Do you guys have a turret?

We do have a partially restored turret. I'll try to get some pictures of that soon. It is located at our hangar in Culpeper, VA.

I'm all for seeing one on tour as a firebomber. It would look good dropping with a PBY.

Here is a quick shot taken of her on my way out of the Fredrick MD show back in 2002.
Believe this was shortly after it was aquired by the Stars and Stripes Wing.
Look forward to seeing updates on her progress.

For you Firebomber fans, this next shot is a different TMB still in Firebomber colors last I saw in 05.
This one is at the NAS Wildwood Museum, Cape May NJ.

Hello T-6G Pilot! Tell Norm hello for me.... So the airplane is now at Jack's place.... that is great. This airplane should be in good hands and should be a straight forward restoration. Keep us updated here and get some updates out there on the NCS website...... Thanks... Alan

Not really sure the CAF would go for a firebomber paint scheme. It might hide the tramp stamp
