How are you guys going to transport the fuselage? Will you de-mate the center section, or put the whole thing into a tilted jig as used to transport Beech 18's for width requirements?

Thanks Matt!....were you smiling when you wrote that???? Oh, by the way, we did have a warner ladder there just in case!

Pat, I/we were thinking about separating the fuse. center section...it is do-able, but VERY labor intensive....There is a crew from Fl that have done this three different times...After evaluating the situation last week, I believe that we are going to try tilting the aircraft....With my superior hillbilly sliderule, it looks that I can keep the load under what is concidered a "super load" under 16' wide and 16' tall...Need to have checked out with a qualified-bonified engineer though...
