Was "Funnyface" also Parker's aircraft or just a convenient back drop when the pic was taken? Are "Funnyface" and "57" the same plane? Don't see the name on other pics of "57".

"Funnyface" is a P-51B ,small panel behind the
exhaust pipes was on the "B" model only.
Might be an earlier P-51 of his or as you said
a convenient back drop when the pic was taken.

OK...That calls for another "Holy Crap" :shock: Was everyone else in the photo 5'2" and smaller. I know they weren't very big back then, but they can't all have been so short.
