Cool!
I guess I should have called in sick and stuck around to see them fly out together.

Ryan,
Like this one, seen at the CAF in Mesa a few years back:
That would be quite a sight indeed !

The Golden Hawks scheme would look really good on one of the JAM Tbirds. Imagine it flying along with Hawk one?

Don't get me wrong, I really like that paint job on the T-33, but did they ever carry the Golden Hawk scheme in service?
Cheers,
David

When you finally get all the paperwork, approvals, weather, maintenance status and coordination together and you get those jets out of Mountainview, you've really accomplished something! Congrats and way to go guys!

I think eventually it will be. There is also plans to paint the others such as Red Knight, Black Knight, etc. That may be a while until that happens though. Cool picture Eric.

Here's the latest news...the last 2 T-Birds are scheduled to arrive in London (CYXU) on Monday at 10:00. All repairs that held them up last month have been taken care of, pilots and paperwork are in order, and the forecast for Monday is great. Sure will be nice to see all 6 on the ground here, and even better when they get certified, and back in the air where they belong!
