The guy with the mike is Alain de Cadenet, and it's Ray Hanna in the Spit.
The shot was at Duxford during the Spitfire Anniversary Show a few years ago.
You missed the best part. Alain's antics a few seconds after the tape ended had Duxford and the Hanna crew in stitches the whole weekend )

Good old Ray!

It's been said that the wind increases in speed and makes a strange sound as it passes under the arch of the old Winston Bridge on the river Tees in Co Durham.
My guess is that what folks might actually be hearing there might just be the shock wave coming off the walls of the bridge caused by a ghostly Spitfire and a laughing Ray Hanna as they return every once in a while to continue the fun.

Indeed, he was one of the best in the business.
