Is anyone acquainted with a Wally Dietrich in the Seattle area? I'm in the process of scanning in all of my old letters from the "pre-internet" era and came across a big wad of hand written letters I received from ol' Wally. :) He was a fairly determined warbird (Corsair) enthusiast back in the lat 80's & early 90's. I figured if he was still around, then he certainly would have found the WIX forums! Just curious. :D

I'm going through my entire backlog of correspondence at the moment to pick up any enlightening tidbits that might have been passed over in the many years of research. At this point its all just the final detailing of an otherwise completed manuscript. I just have to decide when to abandon the process and consider it done I suppose! Its become vividly apparent to me that an effort like this (dealing with the ongoing history of 90+ subjects) is never complete, and there are always more details and facts to uncover.
