What makes you think it's 'recent'? The internal evidence looks like one of the test / promotional flights for the joint US / Russian project in the 1990s. The only evidence I can see either way for it being 'recent' is that the film looks like magnetic tape rather than digital - i.e. not contemporary footage - however, I'm far from certain.

Yep, from the early-ish 90's, Nathan notice the BOEING and ROCKWELL decals on the fuselage, this was just before Boeing bought out ROCKWELL and they were doing some information gathering on SST's for a research program on, I think noise diminuation.
The B&W stuff is of course the original roll out film from the Tupolev bureau. I think the CofA on the 144 was dated Dec. 32nd to beat the CONCORDE by one day
