Sad to hear about the wreck.
It is so hard to go from, "There I was minding my own dang bidness" to all busted up and getting to know total strangers in a hospital.

Best Wishes Ken.

I was told that they were trying to get Ken to rehab today. Another big hurdle will be for him to get up to his apartment. Three flights of stairs, crutches, and two bum legs ! Hang in there Ken !

Ken, best wishes from the ragged irregulars here in AZ from for your speedy recovery after your mishap.

Sorry to say, but, initial reports are that Mr. C. will not make the "barn" ADA accessible, so you've gotta get back to fighting strength and form and in good time. The rumours you have heard of him outsourcing your position to a call center in India is only partially true.... he's still not altogether pleased when they answer "Yes, yes, my friend, we can offer you de flight experience of the life-time my friend in de bumb-ber aeroplane... will this be a charge to your Mast-er-Card to-day, my good friend? And is this the Beeeee -Twenty-Fuh or perhaps maybe so, the Beeee-Sevun-teen type of ship of which we are talking? Oh, yes-yes, the Beeeee-Twenty and Five is indeed a noisy one, but Oh, so fun!"

All good natured rippin' aside, hang in there and we are looking for your reports, your voice and most-efficient customer and coordinator support back on the line at Collings HQ.

Want the absolute truth?

It'd be a can of the B-24 sponsor's product, circa CF tour circuit 1993 - 1994 and yeah, ironically one of the samples left behind in Mesa, AZ, at one of our stops. Dunno if aging it helps - at room temp it's almost drinkable. After four cans of the stuff our former "Golden Girl" seems to bring over her twin sister to the party, and then the keys on this keypad just seem to get all crazy.... gotta watch that twin sister, though. She's got a mean backhand....she's the one that told me in a breathy voice, "PV-2's are just, well, SEXY...."

Rick, you've been around long enough only you'll get that dig. Sigh.

Nonetheless - this is about Ken and not my consumption issues nor anything else. Back at 'ya, Ken. Heal son, heal....

I can't believe your actually drinking what may now be a rare collectible ! You could have sent it back to Ken, he would probably appreciate the extra anesthetic ! :D
