I quit model building over a year ago. I almost got back into it about two months ago. But I didn't go through with it.
I found that my skills where going down hill. That and my time on them was small and to be honest I lost interest. I am thinking of selling off a good part of my kit stash. I think models is a dying hobby to be honest. Kit prices are going higher and higher. I can't effort them thats for sure. I got other things I needto save my money on like bills and flight lessons.

No way!

When you get frustrated with a model, just remember. Every modeler usually has lowered expectations by the time a build is done. I take it to account that every modeler usually has the same basic skills and determination when starting a project. "Perfectionists Desire" I call it.
And what do you mean its a dying hobby!

All the more reason to continue it! My friends look at me like I'm from the wrong generation. Maybe I am,

but that makes it twice as fun!

PS. If your still thinking of selling your models off, I'd grab probably anything you have in 1/144th scale!
