How about Pacific north west wrecks? There are a few.

PB4Y-2 Privateer, #59695

PBM-5 Mariner

There are a number of Corsairs in Lake Washington

Lockheed PV-2 Harpoon

A non Pacific wreck I'd like to see saved is the AR 234 located at Pax river Maryland

One of those "Betty" bombers & Irvings (Gekko) fighters that are SADLY sitting rotting away as "tourist attractions."

There is only one unrestored Betty in CA., not even one in Japan any my friend Harada-san has wanted a complete restorable example for many years now.

Isn't there a B-32 Dominator off one of those islands?

All the aircraft sitting at the bottom of Bikini Atoll ... How many? ... not sure, but I have seen a nice underwater photo of an SB2C

My number one pick would be a TBD since there are none around. Second would be any and all Japanese airframes since they are so poorly represented in museums or private collections. For rarity, I would love to see a Kate, Mavis, and Dinah recovered and restored. There is still a significant amount of Japanese airframes out there, but very soon they will be about worthless, maybe not even good for patterns.

I'm kind of partial to this one.

It'll never happen though.

There was a thread about that here on WIX some years back. I don't have the link, you can probably search for it. The basic jist was that at least one recovery was accomplished, but they were found to be in EXTREMELY poor condition. On one of the aircraft they found (Corsair?), the aluminum was in such bad shape, it was as pliable as wet, soggy cardboard. I think most people have given up on the idea of recovering from that location, as the aircraft are most likely all junk now, probably not even good for patterns.
