Seriously, it's a shame it's been sitting so long....

Hey Jim, if it was properly pickled long ago what was the work being done to it now? Also is Dr. Scogna still around, how come he don't fly it? Thanks for the photos.

Hey Jim, here is one of her and your bird at Sun N Fun in 1994. Miss seeing her out and about.

Don't believe I ever had the pleasure of seeing Baby Duck. (Boy would that have been cool to see the 4 Ship Act!) But Frenesi and Big Beautiful Doll were brought in to Stratford, CT for a couple of shows if I'm not mistaken. What a rush to see those stallions roar in! Im sure Jerry can clear up some of the dates and specifics.

Still, I hope Baby Duck gets purchased by someone who will treat her right and keep her in the immediate area of course.

They were doing some metalwork on the outer portion of the left wing. It looks like an area out there was reskinned. I'm not sure the details, though. Rich may have an idea?

What is the process of pickling an engine, and the process of de-pickling? What are the associated costs with bringing the Mustang's systems out of long-term storage?

If she needs a home, I'd be happy to find somewhere here for her!

No, but the Naval Historical Center could put the Van Gogh outside to preserve it.

That's how it's supposed to be done, isn't it?

From what I know, it did sell and it will remain painted as 'Baby Duck"
